The value of the set is probably around $3k-4k. Looking at the average selling price of each piece helps to get a feel for things, but there is an implied added value since this is a 99% complete set. You’re looking at the value the seller feels their time, dedication to getting each piece (including shipping- we all know how much that is! Do you factor that in?) and the completeness of the set is worth. I don’t think they’re being unreasonable. 🙂
