Oh and Nam, I know you were posting for new members but as angry as I am and as much as Id want to confront the seller, I do know that makes it harder on Windstone which is why I can sit on my hands. But I refuse to take the red pout of anger off my face.

Last one I don’t believe is patterned after a Windstone.
His tail is way different in position and design, as is the head. The other two are definately stolen lock stock and barrel, but the ceramic mold I do believe is just a dragon, possible he might have been inspired by the emperor, but he’s different enough that he could never be mistaken for one. JMHO

The pose is definitely patterned after a Windstone, I looked at it blown up in Photoshop. It’s not exact but it’s enough to be an infringement.

I can almost forgive the ones that are inspired by other artists but there must be enough differences to make it an individual. So, I kinda let this Emperor inspired go.
But, the Young and Mother have me FURIOUS!!! Grrrr!! How do ppl live with that on their small insignificant consciences? Definitely makes me less trusting and it’s already hard to gain my trust to begin with!
