This is my third post regarding this:
My Paypal was hacked approximately a month ago. It has been frozen and every charge I’ve made has apparently also been frozen. I have sent messages and this is the third post I’m making regarding this. Paypal and the credit card company have benn directed to cancel whatever chargebacks they started. Because the hacker claims it is HIS credit card, Paypal is taking their time in doing this. I’ve offered my email address in the previous posts, however…
My husband is getting messages threatening me. Also adding all my names, which are purposely withheld due to my profession.. I’m a police officer, like I’ve said in the previous posts, and publishing this has now endangered my life. I’m no longer able to accept emails at the previous address.. According to Paypal, they can’t prove which of us is the true card holder until they finish the background check. The same is true for the credit company.
My husband is being called a psychopath, my mother’s career in Congress is being slandered, and NO attempt has been made to contact me first. I left messages asking for the names of those who Paypal froze but so far nothing has come through. I changed my first email and gave everyone on Windstone the second because the originals were hacked. Now given what one of the sellers who sold me a Windstone has done, I’m in danger and my husband is in danger.
The Paypal chargebacks will be PAID TO EVERYONE I PAID as soon as I get address to mail checks to or as soon as the chargebacks (which have already been canceled, meaning the money will come through VERY SOON) register.
I will also take legal action against the slander and libel. I can’t post a new email here bc of the threats but I will find my previous information. As everyone I did business with knows, I was hospitalized. I mentioned that again in the posts I posted here trying to warn everyone what was happening and that I’d be remedying the problem ASAP.
Putting someone’s life in danger over $149 before you have a chance to speak with the woman who had already tried to contact everyone, who’d left posts about it is serious and I take it seriously. Attacking my husband, who is also in enforcement when he had nothing to do with this, linking to my parents’ wikipedia, and endangering my mother is unforgiveable. I even have the checks written out to mail, only the chargebacks are canceled and then I’d be paying double so I was waiting for that.
Please copy this to whomever needs it.
Additionally, the links to my FB, the publishing of my home address along with accusations of mental illness (and accusing my HUSBAND of the same when he barely even know what a Windstone is?) have seriously put my family in danger. Adding in that my mom is in Congress, (on terrorist hit lists) and giving out my address is unforgiveable. And against the law.

I don’t think anyone on here has been posting anyone’s personal information like you’ve described, not that I’ve seen at all.
I’m so sorry that you’re going through a difficult time and I hope things get better and sorted out really soon!

I’m not sure where all this, as in other webpages and social media platforms, is taking place, but I saw the libel thing and I have to speak up. Know your rights, talking trash about anyone online, while immature and hurtful, is not libel, even in regards to public figures, supposed public figures, and their families. Aww man, i really hope you can get this all figured out. That crap isnt fair to anyone! positive thoughts to you and your situation and they it gets all smoothed out!

Where did you message people to ask for their paypal emails? I never got a message. I don’t know what is true and what is not true and I am sorry for whatever you have been put through that is not fair and I am sorry for everyone who has had their money disappear from paypal because of this. It sounds like we have all been scammed in some way but I would have appreciated some communication or a message back before now. If the chargebacks were dropped then all this should easily be fixed. I don’t know why it had to turn into a big drama and escalate to this point. Even if you are in the hospital which I am sorry to hear, you could have had your husband or someone message us all sooner to explain what was going on or at least keep us up to date on how long we would have to wait to get our money back.

PayPal has refunded me for the chargeback. I was not worried at all about it once I saw the post on the forum about what had happened. I’m so sorry this happened to you and I hope you are able to get everything worked out. Thank you.
I did privately message you to let you know that things went fine with our transaction and to wish you luck in getting everything resolved quickly.
I am very sorry that someone felt the need to take things so far and to cause you more problems. Hopefully you can get that resolved as well.

If people are doing so via Private Message here through Windstone Private Messages, please let myself, one of the other mods, or John (John@windstoneeditions.com) know and we will address it immediately, as it is not allowed.
If people are impacting you negatively via other social media or personal emails, I am truly sorry, but we can not do anything about it here.
Please use the appropriate channels, if you/your husband are being harassed. As none of this has occurred on the public forum, this post is somewhat inappropriate.
If you need to contact us in this matter, please do so directly by either calling the Factory or emailing John, as he is the one that governs the final say on forum matters.
