Water should also work to get the eye out or moving. I usually get a small flat brush wet and gently work around the socket until the glue softens enough to pop the eyes out. Just be careful not to mar that pretty paint job though 😉 . Very cool wolf 8) .

I was just going to put a drop of acetone in the socket to loosen the eye up. I’ve gotten the PYOs with one eye floating in the bag, so I wouldn’t think there’s too much holding it in.
Though maybe I should do it before I go much further.

Wouldn’t the acetone take the color off the back of the eye? I mean, I know it’s fired on, but is that enough to keep the acetone from having an effect on it? Just wondering.

It shouldn’t, on the normal colored Windstone eyes (though be very careful with the purple ones, I think they use a different process on them), as the enamel is fired on and becomes pretty much one with the glass at that point! 🙂

Thank you, Nam and Kujacker for your responses! It was something I had been wondering about.

He’s very pretty but I would fix that eye… it looks really weird…. 😕

I love the face markings though!
