The wings are commercially made and they use elastic bands that you loop over the arms, since they are white, they blend in with the costume.

This is my neighbor, Anne. She wanted Easter egg wings, so that’s what she got, plus a ‘fluffy-ruffle’ skirt to match. Her mum says it’s hard to get them off Anne ’cause she loves them and would sleep in them given half a chance 😆 Somewhere around here I’ve pix of the wings that have a 5 foot wing span….
