Actually, that’s what I was thinking that Whippet is doing. She’s seen them go up to a couple hundred for one and I’m thinking that she didn’t send so she can sell for more.

I know from DA that her partner left her. But my goodness, just because you hit a rough spot in your life doesn’t mean you need to be a jerk to other people. 👿
Well, that explains it then. When you have a break-up you sometimes feel like your world is ending and lose interest in everything else. She’s probably having money issues because of it too (going from a two-income household to a one-income household). I hope she gets some help. Having someone neutral to talk to would help immensely, I’m sure.

Maybe explains it but doesn’t excuse it. I think a lot of people go through one terrible break up in their lives but are able to at least maintain responsibilities some time later. If I was in a state where I knew I could not fulfill my legal responsibilities in a timely manner, I would stop selling for the time being until I could get my act together. I don’t mean to be cold-hearted… I went through a terrible time myself. But if she knows she’s having problems she needs to stop listing new things for sale.

I agree, but it’s probably her money problems that are causing her to list the items in the first place. It’s a vicious cycle. I’ve been there too, although not since I’ve been in business. And, no, it doesn’t excuse it. I’m just hoping she gets some counseling or some other kind of help. That’s all.
Actually from what she said in her deviant art journal (on April 24, 2008) her partner just left her. All the problems everyone had been having with her happened before that happened.
