My art: featherdust.comYou know, after reading this thread and looking back… I so totally should have filed a claim with eBay back in December 😕 I may have gotten my stuff in the end, but in retrospect it really wasn’t worth the headache and run-around dealing with her gave me. After a month of broken promises on sending the box I should have been “okay, know what? keep ’em.” and opened a dispute.
Hind sight is 20-20, as they say… I’m glad it worked out for you in the end, Jasmine. But I’m sorry you still don’t have your empea curl 🙁

And I was sooo excited when I found her listing. It was 2:00 in the morning and I did a girly-squeal. Oh well, these things happen for a reason. 🙄
Maybe I worded that funny 😆 In the end I did get what I paid for, but it took almost three months of harping from my end for her to just pack up what I won from her and send it to me. At this point I realize I should have just gone over her head to get my money back in an eBay claim and saved myself some stress. But I fared better than some others, who had actual repairs/comish pieces in line with her.

Oh no!!! Another victim! I’m so happy you at least got your money back! I was VERY close to bidding on a few of “fuzzyscales” auctions when I put two and two together and had a very strong inclination it was whippet. I delt with her for over a year about a $400 fursuit head commission. In the end I had to resort to some pretty drastic actions and even threats of court and eventually ended up with a dirty pearl female griffin for compensation, (also with no COA) but at least I got something in the end so I was happy with that. I was AMAZED it didn’t break since it was wrapped loosely in one piece of foam and nothing else in a single box. I guess I had SOME luck on my side there.
I’m very sorry you had to experience that Jasmine. I felt bad for her for a very long time, but after over a year of being patient I realized she can be pretty devious and dishonest when she wants to be. For a while she was even using an alias name with me. Though it’s odd… I was SO trusting of her in the beginning. She was a very reputable forum member as a repair person at one time and a part of me still misses her. I never found out what happened to cause such a drastic change in her behavior. *sigh* How frustrating. I hope she someday straightens her self out.

Actually, that’s what I was thinking that Whippet is doing. She’s seen them go up to a couple hundred for one and I’m thinking that she didn’t send so she can sell for more.

I know from DA that her partner left her. But my goodness, just because you hit a rough spot in your life doesn’t mean you need to be a jerk to other people. 👿

I am sorry you had to go through all the BS but glad pay pal came through 😉I knew something had happened to her for her to do this.
Sometimes things happen in life that can really change a person.
I don’t excuse her behavior but I can now understand why.
But under the circumstances she should not be dealing with the puplic right now and concertrate on dealing with her issues. I think she needs serious help.
I hope she pulls through.it’s sad really, for everyone involved. 🙁 I sent her a box of stuff a long time ago as well, but she convieniently disappeared when I started asking about when she was thinking about sending it back. Every time I ask she says she’s getting right to it, but she’s never actually done anything.
Yeah, unfortunatly she still hasn’t sent me my castle…. She sent me a picture saying it’s done and sent a picture. All she needed was my address. I sent it to her twice. She never did get back to me. If it’s the shipping, I never said that she has to pay for the shipping back to me.
But, after reading how she sent drag0nfeathers package well, maybe she should just keep it. I’d hate for it to be broken again.
