      that is what i am hoping for. it would not be so un-nerving if it was not for the fact that my inqueries have never been responded too…but obviusely the person is active on ebay.

        Yeah. They should at least contact you and explain what’s going on.

          i first wanted to contact them about packing it right.

          the box showed up today, all dented on the top…the cat candle lamp was put in what looked like to boxes duct taped together to just fit…(you know, those thin boxes too..like shoe box thin) and the candle lamp ONLY had some newspaper wrapped around it….

          and amazingly…nothing was broke! all in one piece. there is one small chip on the ear that he siad was there, that i need to fix and paint. what do you use for chip repairs?

            Congrats! I’m glad it didn’t get broke more and that you got it okay. At least you don’t have to worry about that anymore. πŸ™‚

                    nothing more DXI would not leave her good feedback. That is piss poor customer service. If someone takes the time to email and ask (repeatedly, in this case) about an item, take the stinkin time to answer!! 😑

                        I’d leave neutral feedback and definately lowere down the seller communication and shipping time ratings. Edit: I just looked and saw you did that. πŸ˜†

                          Oh yes. the seller was not rude..and i got my item…but if there is one thing i hate…it is being ignored…ESPECIALY when i pay for something. I thought that maybe there also was a chance something came up for the seller…but with all that ebay activity of selling things and then emailing me that last day….

                          i am under the impression that they did not care at all.
