Ebay curlie with chunks missing, can anyone help?

I have Black Gold Tiger TP #1 Curled Dragon by Patricia. Some years ago, one of my cats knocked it (and a white hatching unicorn) off the mantel, and now it is missing a chunk of wing and has a chip in a horn. Does anyone think she can repair it? The white areas in the last picture are glare, not damage.

ETA: I am okay with waiting a while – it’s been like this for several years, a delay isn’t going to be a problem.

My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.

I think I could do that for you – For colour-matching purposes though, are they the simple black-and-gold it looks like, with a gloss finish?
