Well I thought i remembered this happened before a while back…I think this is the second time at least that this person has pulled the same scam. I know i’ve seen multiple stock item photos up on ebay and all the Pegasus family pieces all come up at the same time at least twice. Maybe i’m remembering wrong. Does anyone remember this happening more than once. I know paypal has a thing where if your first item that sells, sells for more than 100.00 you have to wait to receive positive feedback from the buyer before you can collect the money…i wonder how this scammer got around than since they were using fake feedback(sending them self 100.00?) People like that make me sick. I hope paypal sets it right for the people who got scammed
November 14, 2009 at 1:28 pm #785806From the feedback this person had never sold windstones on ebay before the white and black unicorns and pegasus. There have been times where the entire pegasus family has come up, but it was a different seller.
November 24, 2009 at 11:54 pm #785807Wow 😮 Yet two more casualties by this seller. Apparently every single auction she had up for the white and black pegasus, and the white unicorns were all scams. Everyone is feeding her back saying they paid, she took it and they never received their items or any responses whatsoever to emails. Crook. Got to admit, that even though a certain buyer had this happen to them (paid, no responses or item), they were kind enough to leave on a neutral feedback whereas everyone else deservedly left negs. What a creep.

November 25, 2009 at 1:39 am #785808That’s very sad. What i meant before by this seller having run this scam before was that they used a different but similar name, lots of periods. I could be wrong, maybe it was someone else, but I believe this was at least the second time someone pulled a scam using store photos for the unicorn and Pegasus families.

November 29, 2009 at 3:30 pm #785810Who is this seller? If they’re continuously putting up fake auctions, maybe we need to put a warning out so no more people get burned.
Windstone collector in remission. 😉
November 29, 2009 at 4:06 pm #785811Drgnlvr had trouble too and started a thread so you can read it here (seller is mentioned in first post) :
http://www.windstoneeditions.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12086Considering their feedback and how little she has dealt with ebay, my guess is we will never see this person again. At least not after these incidents. Sheesh!

November 29, 2009 at 6:39 pm #785812At least not under that name…. I think if someone is pulling this same scam every so often they just make a new name on ebay and leave fake feedback
November 30, 2009 at 4:27 am #785813There is no way for ebay to record and track habitual offenders via their IP addys? I don’t know much about that sort of thing, or if it’s possible on something as vast as ebay- or even if they care that much to under take such a task. I just feel it’s such a pity that people can have the conscience to actually do something like this. Any kind of falsehood on my part makes my stomach upset and I visibly shake. If I were to lie in person, you’d know it so easily. Basically, I’d suck at poker! But to take someone for money, or even try to, that gets me so anxious to even think about. I feel like the MIB would be at my door ready to take me away… ho ho hee hee, ready to take you awayyyy! See, even talking about it I get stupid!
