I am CLOSED for repair work & painting commissions until Spring 2016. I will take names for a potential wait list and I will keep it updated in this 1st post.
If you want me to remove your name from the public eye just let me know and I can. I’m sort of bubbleheaded when it comes to remembering names so I can easily forget who’s commission or repair I am working on after a while when I have multiple jobs going on and I don’t want to mix anyone up.

I just want everyone to be aware, I have a huge Windstone collection of my own so space is an issue. I don’t want to have tons of broken Windstones in my house, so depending on the size of jobs and whether or not it is one piece, or multiple pieces I might do one person at a time, or a few at once but I really don’t want to take people in more thrn groups of 3 so I don’t get overwhelmed.
Also, I take payment AFTER the job is completed, but BEFORE it is shipped back just to be clear. I fid it much more self motivating to get the payment after the work is done. ^_^

Aww…thanks Kiya. I agree, Drag0n is terrific at repairing too, even if she “hates” it. I am hoping people realize that she & I aren’t in competition, never have been & neither of us will feel bad if you go to the other. When I first started doing repairs I was pretty much the only one who actively did them, I am so relieved that there are now several others who also do repair.
I do want to start repairing things again, & plan to start again in January. Just wanna get some Xmas PYO’s painted first, so not planning on any until then. That said, if someone desperately wants one done so they can gift it as a Xmas present, contact me, if I can swing it, I just might do it.

If anyone is on my waitlist and “doesn’t want to wait” I have absolutely no issues at all if you want to go with Kyrin instead of me for your repair needs. Just let me know so I can update my own list for other people. I’m just publically making it known that there will be no hard feelings what so ever, so if anyone is wondering, that’s my standpoint ^_^ I don’t consider us competitors for work as far as this goes and I wish to make everyone aware that my current customer could take me up to another 3-6 months to fully 100% complete. I am only taking on “one piece repair” customer during this time. If you have multiple pieces you want to send me all together, do not expect your job to be started for another 3-6 months as I don’t want to overwhelm myself any more then I already am. Mst of them are in the finishing stages and I am hoping to complete them all within the next 8 weeks. At that time, I will start opening up for the other repairs.
I am still currently taking SMALL SINGLE repairs at this time, but ONLY SMALL single jobs! If you have a box full of broken windstones, or a full blown explosion in shipping on an Emperor or somthing, then you’ll have to wait in line and I will contact you when I open up.
Small repairs are like small chips and simple breaks on a relatively easy sculpt to deal with. Ex. a chipped ear on your Wolf Candlelamp or a broken claw on a dragon vs. a dismembered Emperor Dragon tail or a decapitated griffin missing half it’s wing. (totally random examples)

Several years ago, I bought 3 Hatching Dragons, 1 Young Dragon and an Emperor Dragon in the now discontinued “Peacock” color. I also have the Cat Wizard. Unfortunately, due to some clumsiness on my part (and of my cats) I have a few small chips on two of the hatching and on the young dragon, and a small chip on the hat of the Cat Wizard :(( (I can send pictures…just don’t have my camera handy atm…)
What I am hoping for is just some advice on how I can try to fix them myself…and if I can’t do it myself, how much do you charge for your repair work? I did notice your waiting list is long, but I am patient…after all, they have been this way for awhile now, so what would be a few more months… ^_^

If you have any chips you have to fill, I suggest apoxie sculpt. That’s what I use on all my repairs. It’s a two part clay that dries rock hard and takes paint well. You can press it in and mold it into the areas you want and sculpt it while it’s tacky. I usually carve in details early because it’s sort of hard to do it after it’s dried. Then sand it if needed and repaint it once it is dry. ^_^ Hopefully this works for you.

Updated my list once again with all my new customers on the waitlist as well as whom I have contacted for my re-opening on repairs which will be April 30th. This is when I will have all my other jobs completed. I plan to run on a 3-5 customers at a time basis (since the last job I had was so huge) I don’t think I’ll get too overwhelmed with that ^_^
