Hello Melody, i have always wanted one of the ebayed dragons that had the diochroic eyes but was never able to afford to bid on them. I was wondering if you would think real seriously about putting the diochroic eyes in a lap or a fledge or an oriental young or Sun . Maybe in a blue color for the dragon like a medium shade or the glacier color…………..as an LP for the store ??? Perty pleaz 😉
I have been working on casting some really cool looking Dihcro type eyes. I have Auras which look very similar to the Windstone one, and a Dihcro looking type that has all the texture and reflection of real Dihcroic glass, without the cost.
A few PYO’s have them.
Nice idea Dracco! The glass dichroic eyes that Windstone uses are gorgeous, it would be awesome to be able to get them in some limited production pieces.. maybe for the triumphant return of Orientals?? *Dream*
Another thought: Fledgling size spectrals XD I’d love to see those glass marble globe eyes in a smaller dragon but I have no idea if those eyes are available in smaller sizes of course ><

Hey!Spectral eyes are NOT marbles. They are optically clear lead crystal globes that we have custom coated with dichroic backs. The dichro eyes WERE coated the same way, by the same company that does the globes for us.
We can’t use Spectral eyes in the other dragons. The Spectral eyes are globes, so they won’t fit in other dragons that don’t have the special deep eye sockets.Spectral eyes are marbles, so they would not work in regular dragons. It’s more complicated than just ordering them. We had to machine templates to hold the eyes snug so that they could be coated. Who knows where those things are, or if we even still have them.

Understandable. But if you ever do locate them & wanna give it a shot ….Well im squeekin for it. LOl
