The original auction had a reserve which the max bid of $63 didn’t meet so it was relisted with a higher starting bid.

Sorry DM, “max bid” was probably poor word choice on my part. I meant the highest bid placed before the auction closed was around $63.00, which was below the seller’s reserve.
