My husband is a woodpile relation to the Leeds. He grew up in the Pine Barrens and never saw anything. I will attest that many people believe he is part devil himself. 😉 😆

that’s kind of cool…I was watching a show about dream homes…and home innovations….and they had the lion head wall sconce hanging next to the dining room entrance…
forget the name of the show though….but it was cool to see them on one of those shows…

*sigh…that’s what I figured. 👿
They showed your pictures when they were talking about what the Jersey Devil is supposed to look like….they said that many of the elements (of the descriptions) of the JD are similar to creatures from Mythology, like gargoyles (paraphrased).
yeah, they didnt mention windstone specifically, but did use the images. I’m guessing since they were likening the jersey devil to a gargoyle, they ran an internet search for images and pulled up windstone’s images.
