I was looking at my peacock old warrior dragon and was wondering if he ever came out in the darker peacock version? I have a dark peacock emperor and you can really see the difference in the two colors. Here is a pic of them to see what I’m talking about….
I dont think he did….I’ve been watching diligently for the entire time I’ve been here…and never once seen a dark version ow…
I decided I only want one ow in my collection, kinda like a crown jewel to go with my SK…and I was disappointed there dont seem to be any of that variety.
Wasn’t the dark peacock color the earliest version of the peacock color? The Old Warrior may have come out after the dark peacock color wasn’t being used anymore. I don’t know, though.
I’ll post in the ask melody section and see if maybe she knows. I didn’t think they were ever brought out in the older color but I figured I would ask. I love my peacock old warrior just the way he is but it would be neat to see him in the older color version as well.
Someone on the forum once posted a photo of an old warrior in the old peacock color that they found. Only one I’ve ever seen.
I’ve seen a darker peacock scratching dragon listed on a website as a reference photo for their sales, although they noted that all of the ones they had to sell were lighter colored. I hope there are dark peacock OWs out there! I prefer the darker color personally.
