Did anyone get a windstone for a present?

ah! I used to shop there for breyers, though I cut my collection down to just my favorites mostly since then. I actually have a couple I need to sell….I wonder if my account there is still valid…hmmmm…

Ah…the tiger griffin I sold is actually one of the tabby tigers, with white wings and blue eyes…not the darker tiger version. 🙂

No, but I knew I wouldn’t be. I was going to get a couple PYO dragons to paint as gifts for my daughter and mother, but since they are out, I got my mother a cheap mammoth ivory netsuke I lucked into and my daughter the Windstone knockoff I ended up keeping (with a paint adjustmendt, so he’s no longer quite peacock). Hubby got a knockoff Dremel.

I did get 2 totally delightful baby black veil angelfish, though, I’d been wanting blacks, found some at a local vendor cheap, and my mom got them for me. :love: They are putting a dent into the Neverending Geometrically Increasing Horde of Platies as I write. Yay yay yay!!!!

I’ve never shopped there, but it looks like a cool site. I’ve either bought blanks on Ebay or stripped down unloved Breyers I owned to repaint. I’ll have to check this site out next time I’m looking to paint another. Thanks for the link 🙂 Have you shopped there?

Sort of…Mom split the cost of the Emerald Emperor with me, and I had ordered a lucky llama and scratching dog (I got #9 of #24!) and since they came before I could sink my claws into them, I had Mom wrap them and put them under the tree 🙂 My Emperor hasn’t arrived yet. But I just checked UPS website, and he should be here…..TODAY! 😀

Very pretty, mmloda 🙂 . I really love the OW. Your really lucky to get Windstones from your hubby – my hubby thinks I have too many and didn’t even consider getting me a Windstone for cmas 😡 . I got a Windstone store certificate from my Mom again this year. 😀 I’m still trying to figure out what to buy. I’m hoping some new Poads or something will come out soon, so I can use it for that.
