If anyone would like to help out you can PM DM.
January 29, 2008 at 9:50 pm #660081I don’t know how this would work with an item that has no set price- what if you collect X amount of dollars and lose the auction? Or what if it goes for less than what you collect? Does everyone get their money back? Paypal takes fees, though sometimes you can do a refund.
Edited to keep the plan secret!

Whatever you decide to do, I think you should take down the “plans” or edit the posts, so she will be surprised. Post something such as, “PM me for details on the next devious plan”.
January 29, 2008 at 10:16 pm #660083I was thinking the same thing
January 29, 2008 at 10:18 pm #660084Never mind.

MUCH BETTER!!January 29, 2008 at 11:31 pm #660086My other concern is if the person in question wants to bid on this item- how can you keep it a secret and keep them from bidding on it?
As a final note, please be careful that your plan to conspire does not result in discouraged bidders (i.e. someone that might want it NOT bidding because they want the other person to get it). In the end that hurts Windstone (and really hurts me too).

❓ I don’t want people to not bid on it. You’re right though, if DM still wants to do something then I’ll support him. But, count me out of the planning. I just thought it would be a nice thing to do…
I have an idea though, she would like a BG OW…. I have one, I’m waiting to see if a certain person will be buying him. If she doesn’t then we can raise money for that instead. If we don’t raise enough for that then we can get something else. Suggestions would be appreciated.
