Yes.. they are starting to get scared about the economy and are looking for ways to boost it. It was all over the news a few days ago. I’m watching to see what they do. I hope I qualify if they do a rebate! They (income taxes) took a little over 1/8th of my income last year. 🙁
Ah! That explains why I didn’t hear about it. I don’t watch the news anymore. Got burned out on it after working at a newspaper for 3 years and I don’t like to hear anymore about the situation in Iraq than I have too. Makes me worry about my husband too much. It would be nice to know what the qualifications for the rebate are going to be.
We didn’t qualify for one last time they gave them, so I doubt we’ll qualify for one this time. It’s frustrating. We paid out 40k in taxes last year and will still end up oweing. It’s getting ridiculous. If they’re giving rebates, everyone should get one.
None of these are painted-over. They are all new dragons.
The gold on the Red Fires is the base coat, it is actually a different gold than the “gold” dragons are painted with.*loves the dragons best, so is happy*
You know what would be really cruel, slip something people have been squeaking for into the background of the pics- hidden just enough so that you can’t be sure that you’re seeing it.

Painting over peacock scratchers?black base coat….starting with similar colors…..you can barely see it…but the nose is reddish already….
I almost thought that for a second too when I saw part of him….
On the left there is a sculpt that looks like a Peacock one. I think that’s where the idea that they were being painted over came from.
