🙁 I got my curlie in the violet flame today but he doesn’t have his eye! His eye wasn’t in his bag or in the box. It’s like it fell out before they boxed it. Anyone have any suggestions?

I would e-mail Susie and ask for an eye and superglue it in.

thanks. i just emailed her and she responded in about 10 minutes. Now that is excellant customer service. 🙂

I would use Elmers. I’m pretty sure that is what Melody has told me they use at the factory. I also think I asked her the last time I was there when we where glueing in the eyes for our Muses

yup…they use a white glue that dries clear….

poor eyeball….

and yeah….Susie (and Karen) are really the best about returning emails….

That’s weird. Good thing it’s something that can be remedied and not a gypsum damage or anything like that.

AAK! We can send you an eye. You can glue it in, or return the dragon to us and we’ll do it.
