My goodness, Mae – I have no clue what the helmet model is, besides that it’s a Shoei, and I can’t see it anywhere on the helmet. 😆 The helmet graphics are two dragons and blue lightning. You can sorta kinda see half of it in this photo:
You might say I painted the bike to match the helmet. 😛
As for the AlpineStars outfit – yeah, I could have bought a leather combo for half of what I paid for mine, but aside from the fact that I always gotta have what few other people are going to have as well, the quality of the AlpineStars outfit was much more convincing. And it looks better than the cheap FLM gear did. But again, I can’t tell you the model…
Anyhow, the AlpineStars gear is the reason I didn’t go after Nam’s AF OW yesterday. 😆Hehe, no worries. I can’t find half that stuff here, so I end up learning the names through online window-shopping. Though in case you ever need to know, I’d say that is the RF-1000 Strife helmet you have there. As far as I can tell, Shoei doesn’t reuse the graphics on different helmet styles. (Unlike Arai, with my graphics…)
That’s some awesome gear either way… though I can definitely see how that might’ve made you sit out on the OW bidding war. 8)
RF-1000 Strife – I’ll certainly keep that in mind. One of these days I’ll probably have to buy a new helmet, and I really like my Shoei, so I’ll want the same thing. 😉
Yeah, the bike just took precedence this time. Plus, if I’d been able to outsnipe passier and ddvm, I would have had to figure out how to get the OW here without paying megabucks in customs… It worked out the best for all parties, I think. 😆The bike looks cool, the helmet looks great… you just look awesome, girl!

Are you kidding, Wolfen? Looks good! 😆 Except that my red shirt clashes with the blue helmet, and my hair is rat’s nest… But I do love those leathers. 😀

😆 Thanks, bosky. The thing is, the helmet is mass production. The bike is OOAK. But they do fit great together.
Wow, GB, you’re really pretty! Not surprised…but so few of us get in front of a camera, I didn’t know.
