well so we cooked the pheasant and there was a big to do about who turned the oven off in the last stage of cookβ¦.so we ordered chinese and finished cooking the pheasant the fallowoing day then boiled it today and made soup! soooo gooooood!!
I know youβve already cooked it, but I figured I might as well share what I usually do to my pheasants.
I stuff βem with slices apples and blueberries, then I rub the outside with peanut oil and coat it with cinnamon sugar. Then, give it a nice little blanket of bacon to snuggle under in that warm, toasty oven.
