well so we cooked the pheasant and there was a big to do about who turned the oven off in the last stage of cook….so we ordered chinese and finished cooking the pheasant the fallowoing day then boiled it today and made soup! soooo gooooood!! π π
I know you’ve already cooked it, but I figured I might as well share what I usually do to my pheasants.
I stuff ’em with slices apples and blueberries, then I rub the outside with peanut oil and coat it with cinnamon sugar. Then, give it a nice little blanket of bacon to snuggle under in that warm, toasty oven.
