Color/Age Question

I understand that they might be different from batch to batch, but is there anythign significante about the colors verses age? I have 2 coils here, one is really really light peackcock, the other is very dark. i’m keeping the darker one, I’m just curious if it means anything? the same thing happened with my peackcok mama dragons. Course, the nicer darker one was the one all smashed up 🙁

Yes, I beleive there is. It is the same with the original greens and I think with other colors.

Yeah, I have a female green who is yellowish in her light areas, while the rest of them are the nice rich darker light green of the fledgie. I figured she was just alot older and the paint batches were close but off a bit. My female dragon in peacock is duller and lighter than my male, who is a robust blue with darker purples and greens. Otherwise, the only other things I have that are diferent is a female brown, with eyes that are a much darker shade of blue than that of the young, hatching and male of the group…But ofcourse the spectral has his own kind of eyes. ( He is my replacement for an Emporer, until I come across one I can afford!) 😀
