Is there a deadline? I have Drill this weekend, and will not be around my computer.
Dead line? Me? ha.
December 4, 2009 at 10:21 pm #794623LuLu Publishing creates an awesome product! I purchased BeastOfOblivion’s book of creatures that she published through them and it is beautiful. You’ve definitely got my vote for them! Having never gone through them before, I don’t know what the process is like, but Allie seemed to have good results and it was quick & simple to order a copy.

I actually have noidea how to do this!
I was just looking at the LuLu publishing website. It is incredible!
But the decisions… what kind of binding? what size? how many pages? what kind of paper?

Agh!This might be juvenile, but I think they’d make a glorious coloring book… 😳

That’s a great idea! I’d love a coloring book! Hey I never grew up–I’m just an older kid with money to buy the things I couldn’t when I was young! 😆

I have a scan of the Laundry Kirins, thank you! I have scans of all the Ebay drawings and a few coas I did at home.
I never bothered to scan them at Windstone when I drew them there because my “work” scanner won’t talk to my “work” computer for some reason. We just make copies of the coas on the copier.
I do most of the coas on my lunch break.December 6, 2009 at 2:10 am #794629I sent mine Melody. I hope a PDF file is ok. I scanned them at 300dpi. Hope this helps! 🙂
December 6, 2009 at 2:13 am #794630I haven’t got a scanner – is there a way that I can take a photo of my coa’s and send ’em that way?
thankies!

Ditto!
I dont have a scanner and I have a few sketches. The one from my scratching dog COA is too cute to miss. Dang it.
December 6, 2009 at 3:04 am #794632For photos, I will guess most of you have point and shoot cameras? Set your camera at the highest quality (if possible) and put the sketch in an area with as even lighting as possible. The idea is to make the ‘white’ of the paper as uniform looking as you can. A flash will often wash out the whites so try and take the photo under other types of light if you can. You’ll want to hold your camera parallel to the paper as possible so that the sketch isn’t distorted or at a funny angle. Try taking several photos and see which one is the best. If your camera has ‘macro’ settings try these as they will take much better up close photos! Hope this helps. 🙂

Another option would be to take them to some place like a Kinkos. They can often scan documents for you.
December 7, 2009 at 4:59 am #794636I’m going to try and get this done tomorrow! I was out of town most of the weekend.
