I have noticed since the update on the website that I no longer get notifications for when my Classified ads are at their halfway point, and then when they expire or are deleted. Is anyone else having this issue? Those notifications were the main reason I was able to keep my ads up most of the time!

April 25, 2015 at 8:30 pm #928538Same here.
I also no longer get thread reply notifications when somebody responds to a thread I’ve subscribed to.
April 26, 2015 at 12:54 am #928552I seem to get halfway notices, but not expiry ones. Everything else appears to work fine for me for e-mails from Windstone. :~

April 29, 2015 at 9:10 pm #928811I am also noticing that no matter what you do when you edit an ad, it resets the expiration date. I have made sure that the “keep expiration date” button is clicked, but it always resets it no matter what if I edit my ad.
Any word on these issues?

May 8, 2015 at 8:21 pm #929317Windstone, is someone looking into this? I don’t like being a pain but these issues are kind of breaking the Classifieds for me :/ It would be nice to know if it’s being looked into at all..

October 2, 2015 at 7:23 pm #935285I am revisiting this topic to find out what notifications people are and are not getting.
All ads except wanted ads are supposed to be active for 10 days. Wanted ads are active for 30 days.
A warning should be sent when an add has been up for half its allotted time.
Another warning is sent the day before an ad expires.
Expired ads should be accessible to the user for 10 additional days.
A final warning is sent 24 hours before the 10 days are up, warming the user that their ad will be permanently deleted if it is not republished. In all, you should get 3 warning emails if you post a single ad. Has anyone received all three warnings for their recent ads?
October 2, 2015 at 8:31 pm #935289I have received all three pre-expiration warnings for my ads. But they have raised another problem: the warnings don’t seem to reset if you edit an ad to reset the expiration date. It’s almost as though all the warnings are tied to when you first start the ad, rather than what its current expiration date actually is. Just this Wednesday, I received a notice that my “expired” ads had been deleted, when in reality they were still up and running because I had reset their expiration dates. It gets rather confusing when the email warnings say one thing and the ad itself says another.
October 2, 2015 at 9:37 pm #935290I got the warnings for an ad I deleted, lol.. didn’t bother me, but since you’re asking about things I figured I’d mention it
