I had a really great christmas yesterday with the family. Babies fevers finally came down and they enjoyed the day. Amazing turkey dinner too and I finally got the recipe for KFC Gravy and it ROCKED!!!! I got spoiled this year, Clothes, 50 Shades of Grey Series of books, earrings, purse, the rotating coffee stand I totally wanted for my Keurig YEAH!! chocolates, Karaoke machine (i’m a dork) Angelina Wrona painting (LOVE HER) and my most favorite thing from my husband…..I got the new Swarovski Crystal Dragon Necklace and pendant http://www.swarovski.com/Web_CA/en/1124113/product/SCS_Pendant_Dragon.html

It is so gorgeous and too funny….5 days before christmas the Swarovski Catalogue came and I was looking through it and OMG I said to the hubby “they have a freaking crystal dragon pendant!!” He looks at me and say with a shrug “that must have just came out cuz I didn’t know about it!” NEVER Crossed my mind that i might get it for christmas!!! WHAT…sneeky sneeky hubby! Open the box….jumping up and down…..you got it for me!!!! HE is sooooo amazing and I am so lucky to have a man who “GETS” me and supports me even though he totally doesn’t understand the dragon obsession LOLOL I have an amazing family and wonderful kids and that is the greatest gift I have ever been given and keep receiving from everyday.

Now THAT’S a Christmas!! You do have the most amazing family Brandy.You are truly blessed and deserve every bit of it.

Here are my gifts from Bodine (Mimi) this Christmas. Thank you so much for all of the gifts for me and my family. She is the only person who has ever gotten a gift for my husband that he was totally fascinated with!!! (Impossible Man to shop for) Shocking and now I am gonna get her to pick all his gifts from now on!!! LOL HEHEHE She also spoiled my kids with t-shirts, toys, cool toques, coloring stuff,necklaces etc. She rocked that Christmas parcel and my kids were so excited to open it!!

Here is a pic of my gifts from her. Awesome Beach towel for my next trip!! 2 Necklaces that are very pretty and A Binder with 2 prints by Jasmine Becket-Griffith. The binder has my fave Peacock SK on the cover!!! YEAH!

I got a lot of great goodies from friends and family: Blu-Ray player, Turtle Beach gaming headset, a fieldstone platter, 1 year subscription to X-Box Live, PS3 games – Journey and The Walking Dead, The Muppet Movie (2011), Elfa storage baskets, chocolates, figurines, gift cards, and other thinks I’m sure I’m forgetting! But the gift I’m most excited about is the one I’m giving myself, new rats! My previous two girls passed away some time ago, and now I’m ready to be adopted into a colony again =) The rescue I’m going to is closed for the holiday season, so I have to wait, but hopefully in less than two weeks, I’ll have several new critters running around =D

WOW, everyone got some great stuff! Bodine, I really love your Mayan/Aztec pictures and goodies. Beautiful!

There wasn’t a whole lot I really wanted this year besides a new TV, and I was waiting all year for Black Friday so someone would put one on sale. I found a 60″ Vizio smart TV at Walmart for a FANTASTIC price and I GOT ONE!! My mom kept saying, “I doubt you’ll get one”…”there will be other people in line, you might not get one” showed her 😛 I told her she could put a little towards the cost of the TV and that could be her “big” gift to me this year (and I was a little short too lol) So I got an awesome TV that I just love that is comically large, Mom (shouldnt have!) got me a nice new TV stand to put it on so now I have space for my extra DVDS, DVD player, PS2, Nintendo 64 and Super Nintendo 😀 of course the older game systems look kinda terrible on the HD screen, but ah well, still fun!

I got a $50 Kohl’s gift card from my aunt, a fluffy soft blanket from another aunt, home made bread, jelly and preserves from Grandma, a framed picture of my Cousin Becca, her sister, Becca’s best friend and myself at Becca’s wedding. ^_^ awww! Its a good picture of all of us. “Santa” brought some fluffy clothing, a silver and diamond snowflake pendant and an awesome rinestone gecko watch that wraps around your wrist. I’ll have to get a picture of it and post it 🙂

and the guy Ive been kinda seeing is a welder and made me the most amazing thing! Ive been dragging him around Christmas shopping with me, and kept saying I needed a way to organize my jewelery, and saying I wanted to find something to hang on the wall so I could hang necklaces from it. He also picked up that I love dead trees, (found an awesome metal tree wall art piece at Hobby Lobby but it was expensive…either $150 or $300 I cant remember) so he made me a dead tree metal wall piece, painted purple, my favorite color, and made the branches so that necklaces could be hung from them. OMG! I love it, its amazing.

He’s a guy, I didn’t expect his gift to be so spectactular! So I’m making him a paining to go with the puzzles I already got him. Need to start on that this week, he doesn’t know about it yet. It will be cat shilouettes against a red and blue background (red is his favorite color and his walls in his room are this beautiful blue). I hope it comes out good and I hope he likes it >.< he loves cats like I do lol

Kaytana-a white Christmas! That's the best gift of all! They got snow in Dallas, 250 miles north of here, but for Houston-just rain and cold drizzle.
