I’m wondering if I can get help with changing my signature and uploading a user icon. Whenever I try, I get an error that says my email address is already in use…? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

My art: featherdust.comIn my situation, I had two accounts with the same email address (an older account I had forgotten that I even had!), and one of them had to be deleted by a mod. Maybe Jennifer can help you out too. 🙂
I am having the same problem with uploading my icon 🙁 What should I do?
You have the same problem as Pawpad; the forum only understand one account per email address. If you had a different account name in the past (on the old forum?) and it got migrated here, it conflicts with any updates you try to do with your current account. If you would like I can easily fix it for you. Please just write me a PM or email letting me know which is the account you prefer to have active, and that I have permission to delete the old, extra account. Note that deletion cannot be undone!
