As some of you know, I am moving and most of my Windstones are going into storage while I attempt to find a job. However, I can’t bear the idea of my beautiful raffle dragon being boxed up to sit in a shed, and while I’ve loved having her very much I think someone else deserves a chance to appreciate her.You can see pictures of her here: http://www.windstoneeditions.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9719&hilit=champagne&start=45
For the sake of full disclosure, I will note that she is not perfect — her left horn is loose (if you wiggle it, it wiggles!), there’s a bit of what looks like damage around the base of it (a tiny area that’s flat/gray, like the pink has chipped off), and a spot on her right horn where the pewter shows through. These are *tiny* imperfections, but I’m a Breyer collector and I notice these things and assume others might, too. 🙂 I don’t want anyone to be disappointed!
She will be shipped in her own box; it does not have inserts, but I will be using a LOT of bubble wrap and an outer box, too, so she should be safe.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Go to: http://www.thecloudfoundation.org/donate.html
2. Make a $10 donation.
3. Email (forward) me the “receipt” from your transaction (phoenixargent at gmail.com) with your forum name and address in the email somewhere.
4. The name of each person who donates will go into a hat.
5. I will wait until July 15, then draw a name. (No one has asked yet, but I realized this is kind of vague, so how about: if your email is sent to me with a timestamp prior to 12:00am July 16, I will accept your entry!)
6. I will email the winner (and edit this post) and give them the good news and the shipping cost. They will have five days to pay (or at least to get it in the mail, if money orders/etc. are used); if they can’t, I will draw another name.
7. Set her in a nice visible place and enjoy! 🙂So, ah. Gentlecollectors, start your browsers! :grins:

Ya, it would be nice if they didn’t have to pay the fees though. I think that’s something that I’d probably only do with people I really trust though. Just incase there is some sort of penalty. . . it seems too good to be true!
