Can I join the club? I really need some control! I’ve already bought my November ones (yes, more than one), so once I get all my trades finalized and purchases in, I’ll not get any more for November. I’m counting Poads too though. I don’t like them that much. 😀
PCS = Permanent Change of Station
When you are in the Army and you PCS it means you move from one duty station to another (for example from Germany to Hawaii).

I think she means they don’t count as purchases. Therefore they are “free”. Like most diets consider lettuce a “free” food. You can eat all of it you want because of the very low calorie count.
