Heya Melody,
I just wanted to say how much I *love* my grey bengal cats cradle that I got in the mail yesterday! So adorable…and I was wondering, are you painting, or have you painted, any of these in a ‘brown’ bengal? Did I miss them?

There was a Copper Bengal that was up, but no Brown/Tan Bengals yet. I’d have seen it =P I’ve been looking!

That copper bengal sold really well. It was really pretty.

Hehe I know, it was sitting at $78 untill the last 5 min, and I was like “Oh that’s not too bad! I think I’ll get it!” and as I was typing in my bid it shot up to $150 then $157 then $202, and I was like “…..uh… 😮 …Or not! LoL”

Maybe. Probably. These cats are more “rescue” pieces that are perfectly fine, but took the antique too darkly or had some other issue with the stone finish. As they occur, I make use of them by painting them in test colors.

I was wondering if you were intending to make a few batches of Bengal Cat’s Cradles for the store, like you did with the Puffin and Tiger sculpts? I’d love to have a pretty silver Bengal Cat’s Cradle to go with my silver Puffin and Tiger set 😉 . I’ve tried to win the Bengal Cat’s Cradle on ebay a few times – and I always get outbid 🙁 .
