It’s a site like YouTube with a cat talking. My cats never talked like that when they get a rump scratching.

speaking of….my cousin had a kitten nick named “backing up”
cause anything firm enough….she would back into like table legs or shoes or stuff….and she’d really make a racket…LOL
it was hilarious…
