John’s car collection, what kinds does he collect? Sounds really neat. Does he favor old classics, muscle cars, etc etc? 🙂

It’s an eclectic mix: Two classic Citroens, a Lotus, two classic old Volvos (that have sentimental value, but not much else)… oh, and Susie’s old Morris. The rest are misc ordinary cars we have.

oh wow.. if I’d known he had those I think I would have bugged him about them when I was there… might have even stayed longer if there was a chance to see them…
I think that would have been more fun than Vegas was… LOL
my guess… from sitting and talking with John.. would be an older Lotus Elan or Elite…
I just can’t imagine him tootling around in an Esprit.. unless it was one of the older ones like from James Bond (which you can find on ebay for very cheap now).. and those first Esprits were 4 cylinder and got excellent gas mileage…
I’m selling my Firebird if he’s interested, LOL!

Well if he’s not, I am! 😆 Firebirds are my favorite…and Lotuses second thanks to GB for introducing me to them. 😉 I saw a red one yesterday….mmmm…..😆 One of these days you’ll be driving a Lotus, Wolfen.
The other day an Elise came flying down the Albis. He knew the stretch like the back of his hand, and like I said, if the driver knows what he’s doing, those little cars beat any motorcycle over a mountain pass. I was glad I was going the other direction. 😆those little lotus Elise are cheap used…
last time we were in Dallas the Porsche dealer had two for less than $20,000
of course I’m sure the owners got tired of the “dragging your butt on the street” kind of feeling the Elise has…
you are seriously only sitting 6 inches off the ground… 😯
