Wow. Maybe the poor little guy was a present from someone who later fell out of favor, and the hatcher paid the price? That his eyes are gone makes me think the damage was deliberate.

Wow….um… if that was the case… which I KINDA almost thought of given the inscription on the bottom … um… I hope they got some therapy. *nods*

I’ve known several people who deal with breakups by destroying everything they have that was given to them by/reminds them of the person they just broke up with. Stuffed animals, figurines, letter jackets… :shrug: I don’t get it, but then I’ve never had a truly bad breakup either XD

It would be nice if someone could fix up the poor hatcher. He looks quite dejected.

I know someone who took out their rage and frustration at an ex on a stuffed animal given by the ex. Poor thing was dismembered and then had a firecracker stuffed inside. The ex was a piece of work though so I can understand it. And better some poor stuffed animal pay the price than some living thing. It’s the only time the person has ever done anything like that.

S’okay, I was only foolin. I once put an M-80 in a little stuffed sheep :spank: It was at my other job. I won it in a vending machine and it was the most hideous little stuffed toy you ever saw. I was going to give it to the dog and my coworker pulled an M-80 out of his pocket and said he had a better idea.

…yes…the people I work with randomly carry M-80s in their pockets… 😳

I gave a good friend of mine a white hatching emperor years ago (involved nicknames we had for each other), just after they retired. About a year or so ago, his now ex-boyfriend had a hissyfit and threw a mug at him. Missed my friend, clobbered the poor little dragon off of his perch to a floor. The dragon is now in a box at his ex-boyfriend’s mom’s home and he hasn’t been able to retrieve it. I offered to get him another one if I could grab one for an ok price, but he declined. He wants that one. If he ever gets it back, I told him I’d direct him to someone to repair him good as new. I also told him to throw a mug at the next person who kills a defenseless little dragon *sniff*. Windstones don’t deserve to take the brunt of arguments. 😥
