So although I haven’t finished my other one I have started a new one. I call him bubbles because I was inspired by a bubble… so here is the beginning
So I hate the way it is turning out…
This is the picture of bubbles I got the colours from…
and this is what it looks like right now…
I like him too! I don’t know about others, but in the middle of a paint job, I usually hate what I’m doing. Sometimes, even until I remove the masking from the eyes.
I think the colors are wonderful! I envy the artists that can use those kinds of color together and not have it come out looking like bozo the clown!! I think you are doing a great job of blending, your application looks smooth and nothing looks muddy.
He is beautiful! Yeah, I usually get h alfway through one and have to leave it alone for a couple days or I would be repainting all of them. I have to say out of all my PYO’s I have done so far, Sunny was my favorite. Actually, I never hated him through any of it. And I was so excited aobut getting Spark as a partner. 😀
I think you’re on the right track; you add the darker blue and he’ll look exactly like that bubble!

I like the purple and pink parts but I don’t like the green… for some reason the green just looks so boring next the purple and pink… but I think I will go with dragonmedley’s idea and add the darker blue… maybe antqued over the green.. we’ll see…
