So maybe Im blind, but I don’t recall ever seeing an option to only browse what’s in stock. I’ve spent the past 2 hours getting my hopes up. I want to buy things, not be tempted by all the beautiful things I will never have. Surely there’s a way to do this? I’m very sad, I just want the pretty things. I say that like I don’t already have 20+ of these statues, but I can always have one more.

March 2, 2018 at 9:24 pm #1535920You just need to click the “filter” drop-down to see the option.
My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.
March 2, 2018 at 10:20 pm #1535921Thank you!

March 2, 2018 at 10:32 pm #1535922Actually, wait, so I click it and then “search results” and then I still get out of stock results. What am I doing wrong?

March 2, 2018 at 11:29 pm #1535923I don’t believe you’re doing anything wrong. It seems to be a problem in the coding or something to that effect. I am currently on mobile if that makes a difference, but it will only eliminate some out of stock items while leaving others.
March 2, 2018 at 11:45 pm #1535924aaaaaah sad. I’m currently on a mac on chrome. Sadness.

March 3, 2018 at 12:30 am #1535925Hmm! I never actually selected it before, because I’m usually looking for pictures rather than shopping. But it looks like a problem on the site’s side, because I’m on a Windows laptop using Firefox, and I’m getting the same.

March 3, 2018 at 12:40 am #1535926Yeah it doesn’t seem to be working if you click ‘In stock Only’ but if you click on a piece you like that is out of stock you can click on ‘Join Waitlist’ to be notified when that piece comes back into stock. What pieces are you looking for? Have you seen all the pieces listed for sale in the ‘Classifieds’ section on here? Sometimes us fellow collectors have pieces in the classifieds that aren’t available in the store anymore. https://windstoneeditions.com/classified-ads/
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
March 3, 2018 at 12:56 am #1535927I adore anything silver, blue morpho, or shell pink or white. The only one of those I don’t have anything for is shell pink, and they still have some, so I think I might be sucked in. I want a scratching dragon so badly, but I missed out to get an oriental dragon in morpho. Thanks for the heads up!

March 13, 2018 at 5:55 pm #1536121Rachel, how do you feel about Prismatic Spring? The Scratching Dragon was released in that colorway today 🙂
But I hear you! I get frustrated with the mingling of in and out of stock items, too ):
A trick I’ve found to be helpful (but not foolproof!), is to sort products by “newness”. Also, as you’re scrolling, you can tell if something is in stock by whether or not “Add to Cart” is on option on the image.March 13, 2018 at 6:11 pm #1536124Check the classified ads on this site as well. Sometimes forum members are selling or trading out of stock pieces. You could also put up a “wanted” ad for a specific piece or pieces. You can also sometimes find older pieces on eBay.

I wish we could only show what is in stock , but I don’t think the webhoster we are using at the moment allows that feature to work properly. Drives me crazy, too.
March 23, 2018 at 7:49 am #1536578Melody, will all the items in the store that are out of stock eventually be restocked? I am on the waitlist for several items that are out of stock in the store (and some are in the Postponed Production List but I am still hopeful) and I was wondering if they will be restocked in the future. One item in particular is the Curled Dragon – Peacock (old peacock). Thank you.
March 23, 2018 at 8:19 am #1536591Tommy,
I think the short answer is “no”. My observation has been that LP items in particular are not likely to be restocked, unless they are in a color that was regular production on other sculpts. However, the number of people who put themselves on the waitlists DOES influence whether another batch gets made.
Don’t lose hope – Rainbow laps had been out of stock for years when I bought a mint one from the classifieds, and after the deal was made but before it was shipped, a new batch was released! The seller offered to let me cancel, but I didn’t think that was right – her price was very fair, and I only paid $10-$15 more than I would have getting it from the store. My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.
March 23, 2018 at 8:49 am #1536595Hi GardenNinja. Thank you for the information and your experience….I appreciate it. I am hoping that they will produce what I am on the waitlists for even though it may take a long time as you mentioned with your experience… especially the Curled Dragon in Peacock (old peacock) to go with the peacock collection I have which was a regular production color.
