I posted this here rather than under Food since I’m not offering a recipe, but mouth-watering pictures instead… Mwhahahaha!
A while back, I mentioned getting a breadmaker. With it came a recipe book and I found that if I modified the challah bread recipe, I could get a very close match to what we call brioche in France – a egg and milk based bread.
I found the cutest molds the other day, so I couldn’t resist! I even had to use the muffin mold… We’re gonna have a great breakfast tomorrow morning!
