The “back-in-stock” notifications are already handled internally so they tend to not be delayed. They are automatically triggered when a product is restocked.
I don’t think Drupal can automate new product notices because they go out before a product is added to the store and to a different list of people. Without the product set up, there is no “trigger”.

I apologize, I did something wrong and the Lap Dragon announcement didn’t go out as intended. I didn’t even realize that when I let it stay attached to the Secret Keeper announcement! Sorry!
When the “notify” button shows it means they are sold out, before it shows and it just says “out of stock” it means there are some in carts that haven’t been paid for yet. We only had 10 of them to begin with.

I also got the notice after they were released. I have to wait for the fledglings and babies to come back out! I agree a like button would be cool. There have been lots of posts I have thought about ‘liking’ before!

Aw, well, mistakes happen. 🙂 The secret keeper is gorgeous, but so, so far out of my price range. (Also, man, that statue must be huge!! 50 pounds! Wow!)
I’m still waiting for the mother curled to come out (man but I hope I don’t miss that one as well), and I’m sure that the other laps you guys have in progress will be very nice too, so it’s not like it’s the end of the world. But as for me, there’s just not money enough in the world for me to buy sculpts I don’t absolutely LOVE, so it’s either the blue morpho lap or nothing, probably.

Lol, I missed out on most of them, anyway, so I will have to wait around for when everybody gets restocked. Hopefully with a longer time period between them! XD

Personally, I hope the Young is on that list. 🙂 He’s the one I’m waiting for, and I think he will be awesome in this color. I love the Hoarder, but I am sort of hoping he’ll be a grab bag one day….
I had one of the Laps in my cart but in the end released him again. I was very tempted by all his prettiness but he is just a bit too expensive for me at the moment.
