A few years back, we bought a Blu-ray DVD player, which, combined with the high-rez TV, makes for an absolutely beautiful picture for any DVD. Ironically, it doesn’t work well at all with actual Blu-ray movies. And we’ve tested it with my brother’s player (who got a better one than we did, obviously) – it’s the player, not the movies.
Since it’ll be a lot cheaper changing the movies rather than the player (we have no intention of converting our extensive collection to Blu-ray), I’m selling or trading for Windstone stuff my huge :bigsmile: Blu-ray collection – get ready for this, it comprises 4, yes, 4 movies!
First, The Golden Compass, 2-disc edition. I think it’s only been watched once, as we had bought it to replace the regular DVD version we managed to lose.
Then X-Men First Class, with digital copy (we never used it). Once again, we watched once or twice before getting fed up with the player.
Finally, 2 previously viewed movies from Blockbuster (we were so sad to see them close, as we got a lot of movies from them), Iron Man 2 and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
