I really want to paint a Muse but I really can’t justify purchasing one at the moment (no monies plus other PYOs on my table). If anyone has an unpainted one sitting around (I don’t expect anyone to purchase one for this!) they are willing to ship to me, I’ll send it back painted. Some exceptions will apply to those out of the country [USA] as I know return shipping can get pricey >.<
Please read before PMing me:
– Color Schemes: I’m not comfortable with bright colors (tropical bird color schemes, etc), or an abundance of pink. Nor will I copy a production color or another PYO artists piece. Everything else we can discuss.
– There can be no expected timeframe on when you get it back. You have to be willing to send it and forget about it! I’m working on multiple other PYOs at the moment, and I want it to be something I work on a little at a time when my brain is stuck on how to proceed with the others. Also, it won’t be completely airbrushed because my piston compressor died and all I’m left with is my crappy diaphragm one (I should just toss it out the Window >.< ).
– *I’m only looking to work on one so interested forum members’ names will be pulled from a hat (or something equally unbiased).
You can see a sample of my PYO work here:

Interested forum members please PM me. I’m only looking to work on one so if I just so happen to get multiple offers, I’m only picking one member.
*Edited to addSeptember 10, 2009 at 7:04 pm #783161September 10, 2009 at 9:32 pm #783162Updated the thread on how I’ll pick a name. Thanks for your interest 🙂
mmloda wrote:I would take you up on that offer..but I am really not fond of the Muse sculpt…. 🙁 So that would not really work unless you were willing to paint another PYO sculpt for the blank muse or somthing like that… 😕
I’m sorry, Mmloda, I’m just looking for the exchange above. But I can understand not liking a particular sculpt; I know people will throw rotten potatoes, but I don’t care for the Keeper PYO. Each to their own as the idiom goes. 🙂September 11, 2009 at 4:28 am #783163I had help picking a name. Put all the names in my girls’ Pokemon cube, shook it up, and whichever one Lucy pulled out first was the winner.
Stella picked a backup name if it doesn’t work out. And my girls told me not to be such pink haters. =P Thanks to all who showed interest! I was thinking no one was going to take me up on my offer so this was a nice surprise.
September 11, 2009 at 4:41 am #783164Aww, I just LOVE those little rats! I had 3 when I was younger, Beanie, Spot, and Ben. My mom and I had gone to see Abyss in the theater and on the way home picked up Beanie and Spot. Got Ben later on, they were wonderful pets!

Ah, the Abyss rat was such a sweetie. And Beanie, Spot, and Ben are such cute names for rats 😀

Your rats are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute, OH MY GOD
I wonder how mad my mom would be if I brought a rat home as a pet…she didn’t like the mice I brought home 5 years ago lolSeptember 11, 2009 at 5:11 am #783167Leigha wrote:poop 🙁 I lost…
lol-me too! And I brought the little muse over to sit by me, she’s been staring at me all day-lol
I’m lucky that my mom likes different animals. We also had a bunny, hamster, and chinchilla, cats, dogs, skunks that lived under the house and ate peanut butter and mozzarella cheese out of our hands…lol
September 11, 2009 at 5:32 am #783168Yeah, definitely not the best animals to spring on your parents unless they are open to the idea. My family makes fun of them saying they look like old men. However, my mom demonstrates passive love towards them because she frowns at them but then stays up real late sewing them a Pokemon cube. 😆
September 11, 2009 at 10:01 pm #783169Thank you Lucy and Lokie! *big grin* I sure do appreciate the opportunity to own another one of your pretties!
