I agree. I think that would also do well as a production color, and I would have to have a whole family of those too.

December 1, 2007 at 3:44 am #641341Does anyone know if the kirin was one they didn’t plan on making more of like the orientals?
I really need this kirin!
December 1, 2007 at 4:10 am #641342As far as I know, Melody has been trying to come up with a new production color for them, so I think they’re just waiting to be produced again…
SQUEAK!!!! Black Fire production kirins!!! 🙂 :squeak: :squeak: :squeak:

Oh definately! If I can’t have this one, I will still be happy if I can get one as production.
Considering how fast the price is climbing, if that doesn’t tell Melody she needs to do these as production, nothing will.
Kyrin
December 1, 2007 at 5:04 am #641344I would have to get me a ki-rin in that blackfire color, if they became production. It just looks so elegant to me!
December 1, 2007 at 8:01 am #641345Nimbus, Id like to see your PYO 🙂
and
Production color, Melody, please please!! *sad puppy dog eyes*
December 1, 2007 at 8:19 am #641346Wow that guy is a stunner!
December 1, 2007 at 11:01 am #641347I am not a production ki-rin fan, but I have to say that’s the best color scheme I’ve seen for him so far. It’s lovely. I might even be tempted to buy a family in that color. 😉
December 2, 2007 at 1:28 am #641348HUGE SQUEAKY SQUAWK for this to be a production color! Oh how I love l-o-v-e LOVE this coloring! I saw it on eBay and flipped. I knew Id never get it so am not bothering to try (dont have that money), but if you need to hear production squeals as to whether we like it or not, I think that question is answered!
Yes, we all know how much I love black schemes so if you kept the black where it is, I wouldnt mind what ever color the scales were. Im just hoping the production color doesnt go in the white direction. The older ones had enough white.
THIS KIRIN IS ABSOLUTELY MESMERIZING!!!
December 2, 2007 at 1:31 am #641349Are you accepting edible bribes? Anyone know what Melody and the staff there likes to nibble? Im so serious about this that Id have something special sent over to the factory if this would be committed to production coloring.
Im very serious about the edible bribery.

PT,
Karen told me the Windstone staff is picky about their chocolate. So basically not chocolate, but she did say that they like steak and lobster. I had to call yesterday because of the castles and I asked, trying to get ideas too. I really need a Castle of the Hawks 🙂
I am sure whatever edible bribery will be appreciated!
December 2, 2007 at 3:24 am #641351I’m in agreement with everyone else: this is a great color combination, and I’d love to see it become production! Especially with those orange eyes.
Steak and lobster, eh? I wonder if they like Omaha Steaks . . . .
