That’s a tough one. I love both! If either are ever available as a production color, I’d buy it. From the pics alone though, I *think* I prefer the BEP. Weird, since purple is my fave color. It’s so hard to tell sometimes from pictures. I’d have to see them next to each other in the same picture, with the same lighting. The ones in that other thread are most definitely with different lighting.
I’m leaning towards BVP, only because as has been pointed out, the BEP and empea are somewhat similar; the BVP is more distinct. Plus there seem to be a lot of purple lovers who could be satisfied by the BVP- us green lovers already have empea.
I got my BEP OW. I picked BEP. But would gladly buy BVP anything too!! 😀
Just one or the other suits me just fine. I like the cool colors better than the warmer ones of the Black Gold. 😳I like the BEP a little more (it’s such a close margin), personally, but with the Emerald Peacock color out now, I think the BVP would probably be a better choice for production, because the colors are different and not as similar.
This is very interesting. I knew I liked the BVP better (which isn’t to say I don’t like the BEP – I think it is great) but I didn’t realize it would be such a majority. I was thinking more of a 50/50 split. From the poll it looks like the auctions for the OW BVP are going to be verrrryyyyy exciting!

Yep. Melody is very good at getting us hyped for the next thing. 😆
Don’t hit me, but I don’t like either! I don’t like the flat black with vibrant coloration combo on these or even the black gold dragons. However of the two I like the BVP the best.
These are for way in the future and probably won’t be produced anytime soon… they are bringing out lots of other things first, they can’t release too much at once or it’ll work against them. 😉

Not sure! Melody said not to squeak for these yet though because it’ll be a while before they are made.
