Melody is a busy lady, sculpting, painting, and chasing the emu! However, she really loves to read your feedback and will always try to answer your questions.

To help her out, please remember to do the following before asking her a question…

When you ask Melody something, make sure you post it in a new topic. Otherwise, she may not see what you are asking since things tend to get lost in all the discussions about cookies and the military and all that other stuff.

Also, remember to check the Announcements!!

A lot of people forget these exist and get so excited they run over here to ask Melody a question. Often new things will be announced here before anywhere else, so take a second to peek at the announcements each time you log on.

And finally, if you’re not sure if someone has asked before, remember that the forum has a search function.

        http://www.windstoneeditions.com/forums/search.php

The search function is a little tricky to use because it may not understand what you are searching for. The best thing you can do is be as specific as possible. For example, if you are going to ask Melody if she is going to make a lap dragon in Rainbow, you should search for rainbow and lap, instead of just lap dragon.
You can also specify that you want to search in the “Ask Melody” forum by clicking the drop down menu where it says Forum:.

If you can’t find your answer elsewhere, don’t feel bad about posting a new question for Melody! She really does love hearing from you. 🙂
