I loves the trees… it’s getting all nice here now, and I don’t even have my good camera (and hate the one I do have to death)…

Those trees are so pretty. And RED leaves too. We get yellow. Lots and lots of yellow and we had a windstorm the other day so they are pretty much all gone now….. 😕

The pictures I took so far of the maples have yellow and flamboyant orange leaves, But I did take a picture this weekend of a red one, here it is!

The leaves in Toronto don’t really change colour. They just fall off… 🙄

We started upward and if you look one way this is what you see then the other way you see whats in the second picture but they were taken at the same spot.

Here is the second part of my hiking day, enjoy!

We were almost at the top when we came apon this little cuty…and he was so immobile for so long that at one point I asked my mom “is he blind or dead?” He finaly ran away when I was right on him.

Saw a male deer at the top but didn’t get the camera on time 🙁 and he was gone…nice rack set on him too…Beautiful!

Well actualy to finish the day I was treated to a beautiful sunset. 😀

Oh almost forgot!
Anybody knows what this plant is called…it grows at the top of our Gatineau hills and at the end it has something that can be collected and when it is grinded up it tastes a little bit like pepper. I tried it and it was delicious!
It would be great in some dishes. 😀
