Oh my gosh! Thanks for the responses everyone. Alot of them cracked me up =) Megani, GB, foxfeather, Nirvana, emerald, mimitrek, silverarrow, ddvm, purplecat, Kyrin, phoenixx, starbreeze, dragoness, gryphondreamer, Lokie, lamortefille, laphon, and anyone else I may have forgot! 😳 LOL! Thanks so much! I’m totally exhausted from truck trips back and forth and wood polishing the kitchen cabinents. So I’m kind of loopy right now. I need a shower and a LONG nap!
Oh, DM, it’s my broken Emperor I put in the window so I’m not too worried about the color fading. I want to fix him and repaint him someday =) I had to keep at least ONE out of the box and carry him around with me. I didn’t have it in me to fully pack ALL of them. I’m such a little kid! The tenant who’s still downstairs must have thougt I was a nut with all the plushies, fursuits, anime standies, and all the other “teenager” crap I lugged by her window! She shut her shade when I walked by carring a box while wearing my Tobue Wolf head! 😆
I’ll be sure to take pics everyone! I CAN’T WAIT to take all my pretties out of their boxes. Like 75% of my Windstones have never even been displayed. 😥 I’m such a terrible owner! I have to do a few things before I move in entirely. Like get a stove and a refridgerator and put in a few floors. *sigh* Luckily I’m going to get alot of “hand me down” appliances and furniture so hopefully it won’t be too expensive and I can still get a Violet Griffin or two….or four…hehe..
I’m hoping to be somewhat settled by the end of next week and start breaking out the dragons! Once I have them all out I may even sell a few so I can pay for some house updating, but I’m not sure yet.
Hehehe, I keep finding weird things around the house too that I never noticed before since it’s so old. Like an ironing board in the wall and a creepy crawlspace. Oh and I have a privacy glass wall for the toilet, LOL! We couldn’t figure out what it was at first. It looked like an oversized piece of the shower door.
Oh yea, and it came with free pets! We saw a mouse 😯 poor little fellow. I don’t think he will enjoy the new feline neighbors moving in.

Well, we’ve owned it for one day now and asside from finding our mouse, we’ve broken 2 banisters, droped one side fo my bed down the stairs and almost killed my stapdad! I’ve hit my head on 2 slant walls in the attic and a ceiling light in the kitchen, then ripped my elbow open on the outside steps cause my belt loop got stuck on the storm door 😯 I’m the definition of clumsy!!! LOL! Incrediable how I manage to take such good care of my Windstones, LOL!
….well….they ARE in their boxes. Maybe I should knock on wood, LOL! (now tomorrow I’m going to drop half of them)

That sounds like moving!!! Wil will not drop your windstones, I know, I can be clumsy too and have never dropped one, almost one but I caught him before he hit the floor! I can only imagine the tenents face when you walked by with the wolf head!! Maybe that will help to get her to move!! 😛
When I moved out of the apartment into the trailer my husband an I first lived in together he and a friend were the ones who were moving my windstones since I had to work and couldn’t get the time off. Something happened at one point and one of the boxes started to fall out of the truck. My husband made a mad grab and curled around the box, landing on his back. The windstone was fine thanks to his sacrifice. I can’t remember which one he said it was but I think it may have been my Black Unicorn Mother.
