I am glad that you had a good time. Congrats on the engagement and the castle, that is very exciting. I am sorry to hear that you will be in seperate places, but I am sure that it will make your relationship stronger in the long run.

Funny you should mention that!! He proposed and I was so happy and after I said yes I said “Lets go make babies!” He laughed. I said, “well, we can practice anyway” 😉 😆

So, Ski, were you completely surprised or did you have a feeling he was going to pop the question? Is your son happy about it? Is he excited to be moving to Hawaii?

I had hoped and felt like he was going to ask me but was not positive. If he had not asked me, I think I would have been surprised. Justin was happy about it when I told him. He told me it was because I love Paul so much. 🙂 As for moving to Hawaii, I am not sure if you mean Justin or Paul 😆 Justin seems happy about it though as it comes closer, I am sure he is gonna become more and more sad about leaving his friends. Paul is going to Alabama for over a year, so he will not be joining me in Hawaii for a while. What I see happening is us getting married, then him going thru flight school while I move to Hawaii. After flight school, he will get stationed w/me, and I will have to do paperwork so I can stay in Hawaii an extra year w/him, unless they give him a 2 year tour… which is possible 🙂
I meant Justin, but I like hearing about Paul and your plans, so it’s cool 😉 😆 Army life sure keeps you hopping! Just think, you could have a very long honeymoon in Hawaii (eventually). 😀 Justin sounds very mature and well adjusted. Hopefully, he will make new friends easily! Is your Mom going with you to Hawaii? So nosy, ain’t I? lol
