I have set my eye on the baby kirin 🙂 and have recently found out that it was retired in 2004 🙄 . I have a few questions/requests. Are you ever going to bring the little guys back? I would love to see them in the PYO section, it would be nice to have a set of mother and baby to paint. ^-^ there are alot of items out of stock, do you restock often?

The baby and mother kirin sculpts will never be available unpainted – only the kirin specifically made as a Paint-Your-Own is available that way. =) However, I think Melody is trying to find a new color scheme for the kirins…since even though the original way they were painted is retired, she can always produce them in a different color! =DNekoDizzy wrote:I have set my eye on the baby kirin 🙂 and have recently found out that it was retired in 2004 🙄 . We have been having issues with casting …it’s a long story… but we are restocking things as soon as we can.
We do have some baby kirins cast, and I may do a batch of them in a new color soon.
The Kirins in the original brown and pearl color are retired.
You can still find those retired kirins on Ebay, and sometimes in our “flea market” section on this forum.
We often put new things in the online store: https://www.windstoneeditions.com/shop/Shameless plug here – but I have a baby kirin. No box or tag, but I’m pretty sure he’s mint. I could check if you’re interested.

I’ll have to take some pictures first, but sure! 😆 I’ll take a look at him this evening so I can give you some more info tomorrow. 🙂
