Avatar Help

So I keep trying to upload a new avatar and like magic, when I have already deleted my old one, it keep reappearing despite whatever file I upload…. so I am uploading DIFFERENT file yet always my Kyuubi avatar keeps coming up…. is it gremlins? Are gremlins keeping me from uploading a new avatar?

try refreshing the page after you have loaded the new one.

I think it might have to be approved? I am not sure though. I have changed mine in the past and it took a few days to show up.

I do that ( refreshing ) every time I put a new Avatar up . Your new one is there . I refreshed and it showed up .

This tends to be a caching issue. If just refreshing the page doesn’t work, clearing your cache should allow you to see your new avatar.

If you don’t know how to clear your cache, please let me know your browser and I can give instructions. 🙂

Some sites will automatically flush it for you when you update something like an avatar, but I suppose Drupal is not one of them. 😛

Really? I still see Kyuubi and it’s been like a day now… I’m using Firefox. How do I clear my cache?
