You said you have photoshop yes? Go to Image -> Image Size and make the adjustments there. I would recommend using the pixel dimensions to adjust rather than the Document Size. Oh and make sure you have “Constrain Proportions” checked so it keeps the proportions of the image intact.

Disney’s “Hercules” Hades says it when Pain and Panic trick Hercules into battling the Hydra. I’ve been watching a lot of animated movies again due to my toddler.
