Aquamarine Shadow test paint – yes, please make this LP!
The Aquamarine Shadow is very pretty with the different shades of blue (and the black) 😉They are so beautiful! I LOVE both the Mother Ki-Rin and the Male Dragon. Something like the Ki-Rin’s color with the pattern/layout of the Male would be stunning as an LP or Production! I’d be all on it!
Oh I thought these were “Black Ice” -Too many names!
I really like these. So, that is a definite “Maybe”Yay! I think this color is exceptionally beautiful, myself.
The black ice male dragon from a while back was gorgeous, and this one is nice too. Good for a blue colour! I don’t think it has the same issue as the black amethyst, because the colours are in different places on these than on the black gold, black emerald, etc.

The Aquamarine Shadow is very pretty with the different shades of blue (and the black) 😉Well, the reason I like the black on THIS dragon and not on the black amethyst is because on this dragon, if you look closely, it looks like the black is speckled with metallic color or sparkles or something – it’s also blended with the blue so it’s not just stark black next to another color (like black amethyst). I am falling out of love with the black dragons at this point mostly because the black feels so flat to me – there are all these gorgeous metallic colors, and then there’s flat black – it just falls short 🙂

It’s not flat like the mentioned colors, and the color play is very dynamic. Actually, this dragon is more of a blue dragon with black in it. Very cool color concept indeed.
agreed. this is the type of blackish dragon i would buy. I really love how the black and blue blend together. I remember liking the original blue ice so whatever version of this comes out in the store I would love( that is if it comes out in the store 🙂 ) we do need a blue dragon still
I think there are enough “Black with _____ accents” dragons, but the reason I liked the Aquamarine so much is because it’s more the reverse of that–a beautiful blue with black accents.
The black accents on this dragon roughly correspond to the placement of the purple accents on the Black/Amethyst dragon.
I like that he’s flipped. It’s a new take on black. 🙂 Feels fresh.
I definitely don’t see this one as a black scheme. I see a many-toned blue dragon shading into black. Big difference to me.

Agree! My BVP Mother is dangling on the thought of selling her (Don’t know yet) because her black is just.. blah.. as for Aquamarine Shadows black looks metallic, there is a great pizazz to it, and all the nay-sayers to the Indigo (I still love that one so much! but I’d be very happy with Aquamarine Shadow!) seem to really like this one too! and if Melody likes it, all the better! 😀 I can almost guarantee I’ll replace my mother BVP with the color! will def go for a Mother and Male in that color! (Replaced BVP or not)
Though.. I personally would like to see some gold on him!
I love the male.I am a fan of the black/color contrast.I think certain sculpts look real good in and others don’t.To me the Amethyst are like that,some look really nice and others I think the purple screams at you.
