Anyone still have the soft feather version, unpainted?

I still have one with yellow eyes but was just curious if anyone else saved them. If you are unsure, just look at the bottom. If there is a triangle area depressed that says “Windsone editions” you have the new version. If there is no depression and the bottom is stamped in black ink, you have an older ‘soft feather’ version.

I do. He has a base coat of white brushed on and has light yellow eyes. He’ll become a snow leopard of some kind… when I get time to do one for myself 😛 The masking fluid is the only real clue that he is getting painted.

I’ve got an orange eyed one. And I think I might have a red eyed too… I can’t remember! I definitely have one though.

yup i have one too. blue eyes. he’ll be a snow griffin ( for me)when i get around to him someday..

I wish I had a soft feather one! I probably wouldn’t paint it though, just keep it as it was to preserve that whole ‘preliminary version’ feel 🙂 Hey, if anyone is interested in selling… 😉

hahah! I was just wondering if I was the only one hoarding one. I felt kinda silly ‘saving’ it. I like it though, and think its pretty cool to have one of the originals.

The only soft feather I have is the one from wolflodge, from our first PYO swap. Though I have to admit I still can’t tell the difference between the soft and hard by looking at the sculpting.

I still have the green eyed one and am waiting for my paint skills to rise to wher eI can attempt SOMETHING akin to the Copperplate griffin. But alas, I need to paint a fe wmore years before attempting that.
