Are we sure this is really an original of Melody’s? I haven’t seen any copies of this one and although it looks like other dragons she had drawn, this one is different. I also noticed that there doesn’t appear to be signature. (Unless I missed it.) I would check with her to make sure its athentic.
Well even if its not authentic, if its an original, and considering the size, it’s already well worth that price!
Edit-I just asked the seller about the signature and whether or not its a print. I know in the auction it says “original drawing” but sometimes people say that referring to the fact that it’s unique type original, not, “master copy” type original
It’s definitely Melody’s and it could very well just be a print. I have one just like it. I cost me almost that much to have it framed, so if the frame and glass survive the shipping, the price is probably justified.
I have 2 prints of hers this size. I paid just under $20 peice for them. But they were located at a store about 2 hours away from me, not on ebay. There are alot of prints out there, but most are the smaller size, like the ones on the Windstone site itself…Like I said before, price is always relative to how badly the buyer wants the peice! 😉
I already asked Melody. She said it was just a print. The seller said that is it original. I already have that print, but I wanted to point it out just in case no one has it.
